Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a personalized, one-on-one experience, and is the preferred way most clients who work with me. I generally work with clients three times a month via telephone for 30 minutes per session. These sessions are tailored to your needs at the moment or bigger changes you would like to have in your practice and/or your life. A coaching session is more like a conversation on whatever you wish to talk about, although most of the time we have agreed agenda items and specific objectives. There is some teaching and some consulting involved, depending on your objectives. I will help you get where you want faster and easier! Maybe it’s about opportunities awaiting you, challenges at work, accomplishments, questions, ideas, or insights.

Staff Retreats

I absolutely "get jazzed" about facilitating communication and relationship training, systems reviews, vision planning, goal setting, and team motivation. My programs can be as little as a half day to several days, depending on your needs. Because I am not a daily part of your team, I am able to get a "helicopter view" of the dynamics of your organization, and provide guidance and support in helping your team resolve conflicts, become more productive, and become a partner with you in your practice. Working with you, I will design a memorable and significant retreat in the life of your practice!   Fees vary, depending on length of the retreat, content and materials, travel, etc.

Over-the-Shoulder, In-Office Experience

This is a very popular way to really see how a well-run, organized, high tech, profitable office and efficient team works together. I work with you to custom design a day or more for you (and/or your staff) to spend in my office, to see what, why, and how we do our work, from dental techniques, to staff meetings, new client interviews, forms, protocols, and systems - we have it all to share with you. Call me to discuss your interest in this unique opportunity! A phenomenol experience sure to expand your vision of what's possible. My dental practice is designed for sharing experiences such as these, and includes a roomy and comfortable A-V training facility. All meals are provided, including transportation to and from the airport and hotel. Seeing others in action and having plenty of time for training and debriefing is extremely effective for most dentists and their team members. Totally unique!

Staff Member Coaching

Many clients who work with me often ask if I could work with one or more of their key staff members, too. This is extremely helpful for the dentist who wants to provide extra guidance for a key employee. Let's talk about what you would like for me to accomplish with your key staff member(s) and get started on a program that would get your practice where you want it much more quickly. With more people on the same page working effectively, you'll get where you want to go much faster. Not only is this extremely cost-effective, but your key staff member will love the extra attention and be a much more loyal and productive employee!
