The skills sets, competencies, ethics and standards are a collective agreement between coaches from all over the world who have made the commitment to maintain the very highest standards you would expect from any other profession. As a member of the organization, I am committed to their values and ethics. The Dental Coaches Association is a highly select organization of professionally trained personal and business coaches who also are dentists. Why work with a consultant who isn't a professionally trained coach, and evenmore, someone who truly hasn't been in your shoes? As a co-founder of this organization, I highly recommend you interview each of the coaches in the DCA to find out which one is right for you. We all have different styles, preferences, personalities, and interests, and it's important you get matched with just the right person for you. You'll find the coaches' expertise in this organization truly amazing.

DrBicuspid.com is a website that is gaining rapidly in popularity, and is based on a similarly successful online CE site in the medical profession. As a contributor of CE programs to them, you can view the large offering of economically priced programs you can take at your convenience. Like other online CE providers, they are also AGD-approved. To view their available programs, you need to set up a login and password. I have two courses currently available on their site: Success in Business through Success with People, and Artful Questioning: How to grow your practice by asking great questions.
