Dr. Deems chosen for national 2004 Best Practices award given by the American Psychological Association

I'm please to announce that I have been chosen for the national Best Practices award!
After being chosen last year for the 2003 Arkansas Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award, I was chosen by the Arkansas Psychological Association to represent Arkansas for the national award. This nomination required a new, more stringent application process that delved deeply into a singular "best workplace practice".
I was the first dentist chosen for the award nationally, and now I am the first dentist to receive the national award.
